Runway Fashion İzmir took place for the first time in 2026 as a new-generation fashion event bringing together leading names in fashion, design and art in İzmir.

Held over three days at Lavi, one of İzmir's finest venues by the sea, the event's production and runway direction was led by choreographers Serkan Duman and Gökhan Duman. Brought to life by Duman Fashion Events, Runway Fashion İzmir stood out as a comprehensive fashion event showcasing İzmir's potential in the fashion field.

Hosting collections from powerhouse designers and brands including Murat Acar, Burak Çiçek, Emine Yıldırım, Zeynep Olgun, Milano Vento, HS Boza and Blazer in its first edition, Runway Fashion İzmir became a grand fashion celebration bringing different collections and fashion perspectives together over three days.

The talks held as part of the event brought leading names in fashion together with young fashion design students. Cihan Nacar, Siren Ertan and Simay Bülbül shared their latest collections and their work in the fashion world with attendees, and also held their trunk shows as part of Runway Fashion İzmir.

One of the most striking details of Runway Fashion İzmir was the special runway built in collaboration with Eminoğlu Mermer. For the first time in Turkey, the runway floor was designed using marble. This marble runway added a distinct dimension to the event's visual identity and drew great interest from visitors and the fashion world alike.

Held by the sea, in a specially designed runway area, the event welcomed an audience of 5,000 over three days. 50 professional models from Duman Ajans took part in the shows, and Runway Fashion İzmir stood out not only for its runway shows but also for the after parties and entertainment held following the shows. Joined by Dora Magazin's distinguished and celebrated guests, Runway Fashion İzmir met fashion lovers over these special days.

Runway Fashion İzmir aims to contribute to the emergence of a new fashion event culture in İzmir by bringing fashion designers, brands, models, fashion professionals, young talents and fashion enthusiasts together on the same platform.

While Duman Fashion Events takes pride in having held the first edition of Runway Fashion İzmir in İzmir, it has already begun work on the event's second edition. With Runway Fashion İzmir 2027, the goal is to reach an even wider range of participants and audiences.
